One word: P90X.
I did the core video yesterday, and yup- it works. My core is really sore. oh man... Yesterday was KILLER! It was probably a really funny sight- my brother was actually laughing at me! But I don't blame him cause I was falling all over the place and looked like a fish flopping on the beach at times... hahahaha!! Today I do cardio and I'm sore, so this will be interesting... ;) I'm gonna be in such good shape in 90 days! suhweeeeeeeeeeeet. :)

My aunt and uncle want to do that too! SOunds too intense for me, though I could obviously use it! Not finding Narnia is making me faaaaat!
