Rest In Peace.

Is it so lame?

When Orem High dies...

...a part of me will too.

Rusty's going to die too. This may have been the best class I ever was a part of at Orem High. Definitely one of the best.

On the first dress-up day of 10th grade, I totally decked out. This picture doesn't have all of my Spirit Day costume, but some of it. :)

I made the softball team. :)

Football games always made my Friday nights. :) (even if this kid actually kinda really might hate me now... oh well. I still have good memories of this night. HAHA!)

Senior Year: Best year of my life. Yes, even better than my freshman year of college.

I learned to love Seminary. :)

I was on SemCo. :)

I graduated a free spirit. :)

Grad Night: amazingly awesome. :)

Some people look back at their high school years with disgust. I never will. Yes, I miss high school. No, I'm not opposed to change or moving forward in life, but honestly, I love Orem High. Some of my greatest memories are there. Friendships. Crushes. Dances. Worst night of my life. Craziness. Drama. Learning about life just as much as academics. Finding myself. And so much more. I'll post my memories on Tuesday. I think it will be fitting. Be prepared for a potentially lengthy post. :)

Lime Green Dreams... :'(

One word: P90X.

I did the core video yesterday, and yup- it works. My core is really sore. oh man... Yesterday was KILLER! It was probably a really funny sight- my brother was actually laughing at me! But I don't blame him cause I was falling all over the place and looked like a fish flopping on the beach at times... hahahaha!! Today I do cardio and I'm sore, so this will be interesting... ;) I'm gonna be in such good shape in 90 days! suhweeeeeeeeeeeet. :)

This is my friend Chrisanne. She's looking for Narnia. :)

I. Love. It. :)

So, I just wanted to share my experiences working at my job. 3 of the 4 of these happened tonight!

1: The Missouri Guy (last night)
Stephanie: Was [rep's name] wearing a uniform including an identification badge?
Missouri Guy: What?
Stephanie: *repeats slower*
Missouri Guy: What??
Stephanie: *even slower* Was [rep's name] wear-
Missouri Guy: Ma'am, do you know any Missouri Lingo that I could understand?
Stephanie: ...no...
The rep explained it to him. haha!

2: Restraint.

Well, I typed this one, and it ended up being long. So I cut it. It was also heated and full of not-so-nice commentary, which I don't know if you want to read. But if you do, I'll put it in as its own post because it's kinda long.

3: The Comedian

Ok, this guy was just funny! I was doing the Pre-Install Survey and he was just cracking joke after joke and I almost died laughing, but I could tell he was keeping a straight face so I tried my best to hold it in! For example, I asked if he understood that his monthly services fee would not increase. He said, "Yep- nothing increases. Except my weight." He said stuff like that the entire call. hahahahaha!!!

4: Sweet Voices

After you talk to people who make you really mad, then you know you're being watched over when a friendly old man (also funny, but differently funny than that last guy) tells you that you have a really sweet voice. That definitely helped me improve my attitude. haha! :)

yay for fun work stories! :)

But most of all, yay for things that make me smile. Like little brothers watching Remember the Titans when you get home, which then leads all the way to you thinking about some of the greatest things in your life via the insane, off-road-like pathway of your brain. haha! If you know me, I think you should know what I'm talking about. ;)

This probably doesn't mean anything to you. It probably doesn't even look that appealing. But let me tell ya: This place is beautiful. And it may look far away from anything, but it's in the middle of everything actually! A hidden treasure for sure. :) This is actually the lake where that flower picture was taken. But again- if I wrote about this lake, then this post would for sure be a novel. haha! :)

apologies...

Well,

I have nothing to say...

I just felt the need to update my blog...

So...

I got contacts. That's new. :)
Kai laughs when I get up in his face. I think he likes them. :)

I. love. that. kid. yup. we tight. :)

I like to take pictures. Right now, all I really have pictures of is flowers. ...yeah. That's just for right now. But anyway, I just like this picture. You want to know why? I took it in California, and I just really want to go back. :) Also, I think it's pretty. Even if BYU would laugh in my face if I ever considered showing this to them in my portfolio in November. But it mostly just reminds me of how I feel when I'm in California with my family. :)

smile. :)

Today was a good day. Remind me to write about what I was thinking about today in Relief Society sometime. But now's not the time. :)

And to my mom: Oh my dear, I love her! She's amazing. And that's the understatement of the century. I look up to her and hope that one day, I can be as awesome as she is!! :)

Do you know what? I forgot how much I love having my hair up! Yes, I do love to wear my hair down now, but I put it up today after church and I was like, "Oh yeah... Dude. I like this!"

Also:

I've been thinking.

For a long time.

And today, ...I think I've made a decision.

It's kinda scary for me, just like bangs were! But I love the bangs now (thanks Ciara!!!) so I'm hoping that maybe this will turn out as great too.

There are a lot of upsides, I guess. Well, mostly just sunglasses. And maybe I could get a cuter pair of glasses but, tell me what you think:

contacts?

CHICKEN. ENCHILADA. CASSEROLE. yummmmm! :)

So as of now:

Job #1: Still love it. Good job. Especially during the school year. :)

Job #2: Getting used to it. I still dread going into work, but it's really not that bad. Plus, this one supervisor is super awesome. I messed up on a tech call today, and she still made me feel like I was one of the coolest people in the world. Yeah. She's that cool. Tech calls? Getting better. I'm not scared when I hear "Tech Line" anymore. yay! :)

just fyi. :)

I. want. that. Disneyland hat. This is my little brother's Yankees hat. I had it on my head at the time of this picture.

I. love. Kai. And I REALLY want that Disneyland hat. I had Kai in my arms at the time of this picture, and he had his sippy cup in his hands at the time of this picture.
