Contigo = Good Water Bottle

It's winter.

It's cold.

It's dark.

The sun's not out as much as our souls need it.

I'll bet that there's someone in your life who's struggling right now.

maybe even a lot.

Maybe it's you.

I've recently discovered the greatness of Mormon Messages, and guaranteed, this is not the first one I will post. :)

But this is one of my favorites right now.

spread the light. :)

Yes, you did hear me correctly. I have never seen the Wizard of Oz.

Jamba Juice.

Go NOW.

Get a Peach Pleasure and tell them to put raspberries in it.

It will change your life.

also, remember my FPM 110 blog? Well it's not going to be graded anymore (it was a one-time deal, basically to prove that we know all of the Google Tools and can start a blog), so I have decided to keep it as an extra blog.

no reason... just felt like it. :)

feel free to visit. :)

Simple Joy of Life: Fullness. Specifically of gas tanks and cell phone batteries.

question:

how do you tell someone

that they have a closed mind?

Because think about it.

They're not open to new ideas,

only the ones in their head.

because it's CLOSED.

They're always right.

You introduce your ideas,

and they shut you down.

And if, by some chance, they finally DO listen to your advice,

they tell you something along the lines of, "Ok fine you're right, but there's no way I can do that,"

and then give you countless, retarded, unwilling, inflexible excuses as to why they can't take it.

So, tell me.

How do you get them to be more open?

How do you help someone with a closed mind?

i. love. this. movie. :)

It's a spectacular show cause my heart pumps diesel.

1: If you're looking at a car and are unsure about getting the gas version of the car or the diesel version,

GET. THE DIESEL VERSION.

trust me.

2: I wonder if Katy Perry is from Katy, TX.

I could google it...

hm.

3: I have a new blog. I had to start it for a class.

Facility and Property Management, actually.

Requirements: my name, at least 250 words, and at least 3 pictures.

Send the link to the TA and to el teacher.

That's all.

I just finished my post.

I think you should go look at it. :)

http://stephanief150.blogspot.com (the link is also on my sidebar under my list of awesome people. aka: THE "AWESOME LIST.")

Feel free to comment on it, should you feel so inclined. It won't affect my grade. But don't feel forced to either... bottom line, just comment if you want. :)

I've grown to love assignments where minimal guidelines are given. :)

life is good. family is better. :)

I took this a few years ago. It's on the inside of the elevator door in a Hampton Inn in Vegas. i. love. it. :)

fetching. love. my. guitar. Disneyland, please?

um...

Story time:

In my junior year of high school, I needed another AP class so I could be in National Honors Society.

Saw AP Chem.

Asked my sister if she had any friends that had taken it. She said yes, and that they said it was just like general chemistry, but more in depth. I was like, "Sweet! I'll take it!"

cause I got an A in general chemistry.

Long story short, AP CHEM = WORST. CLASS. OF MY LIFE.

She didn't tell me which friends had taken the class...

...one was the valedictorian and the other was the salutatorian for their year.

Screwed up my 4.0 GPA since 7th grade.

A-, A- A, B+

Don't let those letters fool you- I absolutely had NO idea what the heck I was doing. Except for one unit (out of like a billion).

That year I also had AP Environmental Science (that's a whole different story!).

After that year, I swore myself off science for the rest of my life.

I've hated, no, HATED science.

Threw my aspirations to be a dentist out the window,

because there was no way in crap that I was taking another science class. ever. in my life.

Enter college, where I am forced to take a science class.

Physical Science.

death.

everyone hates it, and everyone only talks about how hard it is.

So I decided to bite the bullet this year and get it over with.

I've been doing the reading assignments,

and it's taken me a while, but...

I understand...!

I UNDERSTAND!!!

AND IT EXCITES ME!

science... excites me?

what... is... this...?

I am made of fire and ice.

My life isn't supposed to make sense, I guess.

But physical science does.

(so far)
